Ok - so - I get an email saying my card is declined (monthly magicspam -which is by the way A GREAT PRODUCT) and that I need to update it. Ok - so how do I do that?
Search the site(s) - nothing.
Email a reply - NO RESPONSE
Email support - NO RESPONSE
EMAIL 2 MORE TIMES - NO RESPONSE...
But I still get the freaking emails!!!
So - I WANT TO UPDATE MY CARD AND PAY MY BILL - but do you guys really even exist? Is it just some vapor ware that does work - but no one supports? Did Plesk overtake you?
Please tell me how to update my card - and I'll be glad to do so... and in the future - add that small bit of info to your emails.

We are sorry that you did not receive a response. Could you please confirm the email addresses you were sending to? We do not have a record of receiving any emails within the last month.
