Email deleted from sender in RBL and BMS list

Hi,
I installed MagicSpam Pro on my server with Plesk 12, but my consumer don't receive so many email if present in RBL and BMS list.

Please how can i remove a Enforced from BLOCK_LISTS ( BMS ) and BLOCK_RBL_LISTS ( RBL ) and set this rule as FLAG whitout delete automaticaly email?

Please i need to change this so far!

Thank you for posting on the MagicSpam Support Forums.
If we understand correctly, you would like to set the FLAG option for BMS and RBL rules so that email is quarantined.

You may make these changes within

Settings -> IP reputation Lists

in your MagicSpam admin interface and set BMS and RBL rules to FLAG.

Sorry but RBL list i can't set as FLAG, but i can set only ON and OFF.

how can I do?

Our apologies for the confusion. Upon double checking and escalation we can indeed verify that the RBL FLAG options are missing at the moment.

We have submitted a feature request ticket for this to our development team, and if you would like to check on its status in the future, please referent TT#659

For the time being, you might choose to only use RBL lists that you have full confidence in.
