I'm trying to get any contact info for Magic spam in South Africa. As i have been black listed by Magic Spam and am struggling to contact clients. Reply' include this message from clients.

Have you had a chance to review the information in the URL listed in the rejection notice?

If you are running a mail server on the IP 196.214.38.124, it must have a valid and well formed PTR record. Currently, your IP address does not have a PTR record. If you want to fix this, you will need to contact your service provider to have a proper PTR record added.

If you are not running a mail server, please contact your service provider for the correct email configuration settings for your email client.
