Hello,
We are having three nos of Linux server on which Plesk is installed. We use qmail for mail service with MagicSpam. The magicspam setting is same for all the servers but in one of the server it is not working properly. Most of the mails are passed as not-spam and customers are receiving lots of spam mail. We have checked all necessary settings but could not find any issue.
Please suggest what can be the possible reasons behind this.
Regards,
Diadem

Hi Diadem,
Are you able to send screen shots and some sample log entries to support@magicspam.com?
Also let us know if you see any spam at all being caught in the logs for the one server that isn't working properly. If there is none, then probably the MagicSpam module is not running on that server. If there is some, then we would like to see some samples of the spams that should have been caught, and make sure that they are using the default settings for Spam Rules and Best Practices.
If no spam is being caught please send a screen shot of the license screen. If some spam is being caught please send a screenshot of the settings.
