Cannot even activate

Hello,
I bought MagicSpam from Parallels and followed their installation instructions as follows:

1. Login to Parallels Plesk Panel as administrator.
Example URL (https://<Server IP>:8443)
2. Click the Server shortcut in the navigation pane.
3. Click the License Management icon in the System group.
4. Click Additional License Keys tab.
5. Click Activate Key.
6. Enter activation code from this email in the appropriate field.
7. Click Activate to install the new key to the control panel.

When I reached #5 there was no Activate key to be found - only Retrieve and Upload. So I clicked on Retrieve and there you go - my new Magic Spam license promptly showed up. When I click on this license link, the next tab shows license expiry date BUT the "Activate" button is greyed. How can I complete this installation?

Also, how do I access searchable logs to make sure your software does not block legitimate emails??

NOTE: this has been resolved via Email: Simply click on 'Modules / Magicspam' after downloading and installing the MagicSpam module specific to your OS / Plesk Version combination.
