How ARe These Servers Not On A List?

The following are examples of entries that I see through out my log:

I have confirmed with users that the email that these represent are definately UBE so I wonder how, given the volume of these I see on my server, have these servers not made it on to a list. I would think at least MIPSpace would list these servers.
