per-user rate limiter whitelist enable to set number

when whitelisting specific account it would be nice if we can set some number.
Maybe default limit is 100 but for specific account I would like to setup 350 but wouldn't like to whitelist to unlimited number.

Thank you for the feature request.

We already have an existing development ticket (#874) for a variable Per-User Outbound Rate Limiter to set a custom limit on each whitelist entry such that users can send more outbound emails than the configured limit but not an unlimited amount. This development ticket has been brought to the attention of our product team for further consideration.
