How often do I get billed?

Post by magicspam » Fri Aug 19, 2022 10:06 am

If you purchased from the MagicSpam Webstore, we will attempt to process the sale at the point of purchase. When the initial sale is made between the 1st and the 15th, we will attempt to process the renewal on the 16th of the following month. If the initial sale is made between the 16th and end of the month, then we will attempt to process the renewal on the 1st of the month after next. You will receive one invoice with a single charge for the amount of the license. If you purchased multiple licenses, you will receive multiple invoices.

If you are a MagicSpam Reseller, we will attempt to process all sales and renewals that are made from the 1st to the 15th, on the 16th of every month, and all the sales and renewals from the 16th to the end of the month on the 1st of the following month. You will only receive one invoice with a single charge for the total amount of all your licenses for that period.

There will be a total of 3 attempts made to process sales and renewals for Resellers and renewals for Webstore customers. When billing falls on the 1st, then attempts will be made on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th. When billing falls on the 16th, then attempts will be made on the 16th, 18th, and 20th.

We will send you an email notification with more information about the failure when the first and second attempts fail. However, when the final attempt fails, the license will expire and a new license will have to be purchased. As such, please make sure to whitelist our billing address (billing@magicspam.com) and monitor your mailbox for these email notifications.
