Hi Magicspam
First of all thanks for a fantastic program, it really does its work.
when searching in logs is it possible to get the subject field in the result list?
And that leads me to my second question or wish if you want
Is it possible to implement a filter where you can block emails if the contain certain words/strings in header og body. Mailenable has that in there server. But it would be really nice to have evrything in on place
once again thanks for a fantastic program

Re: subject from email in logs list
Hello Jørgen,
Thank you for kind words and your feedback.
MagicSpam is optimized to work on the SMTP and Pre-SMTP level and does not perform any content filtering. As such, MagicSpam currently does not offer the option of including the Subject line, or any other message content in the logs.
We have a development ticket for such feature; however, we do not have an estimate when this feature will become available.
To answer to your second question; MagicSpam works well with content filtering such as SpamAssassin and other. If you would like to add additional, content filtering layer of protection to your Spam protection, following URL might contain more information about additional content filtering addons:
https://www.mailenable.com/addons_Filtering.asp
Not having to do content filtering allows MagicSpam lower bandwidth and overhead, while customer who need additional layer of protection can incorporate additional content filters.
We hope this information helps.
Thank you again for your feedback.

Re: subject from email in logs list
Hi,
Sorry for reviving such an old thread, however is there a progress on this?
I need to block messages containing certain strings as well.
Example:
"Hello, I am xxx I hope you still do moving service. Do you accept credit cards"
Thank you in advance.

Re: subject from email in logs list
Hello Manos,
There are currently no plans to add content filtering capabilities directly to MagicSpam to block email based on the presence of certain strings within the email body. We have created a development ticket and brought it to the attention of the product team for further consideration.
Fortunately MailEnable already has native features to block emails within certain strings in the email body, so you will want to check out their documentation for further assistance.

Re: subject from email in logs list
Hi,
Thanks for getting back to me.
I am using MagicSpam for Interworx on a CentOS server, so I don't think this is an option for me.

Re: subject from email in logs list
Hello Manos,
Since you have an InterWorx server, you should be able to use the native InterWorx Email FIlters on the Subject header:
