why my IP abused

Our MailServer IP 91.149.165.61

I got this error when send email to email server using MagicSpam.
Error Type: SMTP
Remote server (153.92.180.17) issued an error.
hMailServer sent: RCPT TO:<Dmitry.Nizovtsev@Volga-Solutions.com>
Remote server replied: 550-5.5.1 Server IP 91.149.165.61 listed as abusive. See
550-http://spamauditor.org/best-practices/ip-reputation/ for more information..

Checked my In BlackLists

Looking up IP Address: 91.149.165.61
The IP address 91.149.165.61 is not on the MIPSpace Reputation list.

Why our IP listed as abusive ?
