Hello Support team, I'm running Magicpro for Plesk on serveral servers, but for one server I just found out, that there are no log files being written. I'm using Version 2.0.18-1 on Plesk 17.8.11 under Debian 8.11
Can you help me?
Thanks
Harald

Re: No log files written
Hello Harald,
Thank you for your post.
To be able to better assist you with the reported issue, could you please let us know if the logs are only missing from the "Statistics for Last 24 hrs" section or no new logs are being generated at all - i.e. log search from the "Logs" tab does not return any results?
In addition, could you please check following file(s) and see if fresh entries are being logged:
/var/log/magicspam/mslog
Could you also send us the listing of the MagicSpam logs folder:
ls -laR /var/log/magispam/
Thank you Harald.

Re: No log files written
Hello Support team,
Sorry for the late reply. The directory /var/log/magicspam is empty, same for the MagicSpam logs folder.
Best regards
Harald

When I disable and reenable the MagicSpam extension there is no error message.
Best regards

Re: No log files written
I was able to resolve the issue.
After issuing these commands the log files are now written and visible in the Plesk dashboard for extension MagicSpam:
/opt/psa/admin/sbin/modules/magicspam/register -i
/opt/psa/admin/sbin/modules/magicspam/register -a
