What the hell??

There will always be opinions, both good and bad on how MagicSpam protection, rules and policies are used, and what the defaults should be. Different environments may have different needs. We try to find the perfect balance, and that is not always easy. Just remember that we have to satisfy millions of users.. not just one person.

Hello Patrick,

Thank you for your post.

We have check and confirm that the domain of patrick@xxxxxxxxxx.net (domain omitted for privacy purposes) indeed has valid A and MX record.

The issue could have been caused due to the intermittent DNS issues in your or the recipient DNS server.

We would suggest trying to send the email again, and if it is still unsuccessful, try reaching out to the recipient via alternative means to review their DNS for any issues?

We hope this information helps.
