Hello Rot,

Thank you for your post.

We are aware of the issue and we apologize for inconveniences noted with the MagicSpam extension disappearing from the Extensions Catalog. We are in the process of discussions with the Plesk team now as to the cause and estimated time to repair this situation.

We have as an interim work around made the Plesk extension available through our standard download site at:

https://www.magicspam.com/download

This will require a license key to access the extension as our system is currently designed for licensed access only.

If you are using the 'free' version, we appreciate your patience as we continue our discussions with Plesk to resolve the original issue.

We hope this information helps.

On plesk support I found this comment :o : https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/arti ... -in-Plesk-

Could you confirm if MagicSpam will returns shortly to Plesk or not?

Best regards,

Hello valued customers,

MagicSpam Freemium, MagicSpam Standard, and MagicSpam PRO are available for Plesk through select Authorized Resellers.

Unfortunately, agreements with Plesk as an authorized Reseller have lapsed, and the situation is currently under discussion, and we hope to have an agreement in place again soon.

In the mean time, you can visit either one of our authorized resellers, or visit the MagicSpam website for more details.

Hello Rot,

Thank you for your question.

In order to install MagicSpam in Plesk, please use your existing MagicSpam license to download the appropriate package for your system from our download site:

https://www.magicspam.com/download/

and install the package by uploading it via the "Extension" section in Plesk.

If you do not have MagicSpam license, you can purchase new license from our web store:

https://www.magicspam.com/store.php

We hope this information helps.
