There will always be opinions, both good and bad on how MagicSpam protection, rules and policies are used, and what the defaults should be. Different environments may have different needs. We try to find the perfect balance, and that is not always easy. Just remember that we have to satisfy millions of users.. not just one person.

Do we have Magicspam support for Smartermail, if yes please guide me, i would be glad to use your services.

Thank you for your post.

As of yet, MagicSpam does not have the support for Plesk on windows with SmarterMail; however, this is on our roadmap and we expect it to be available sometimes next year.

At the moment only product on Windows is MagicSpam for MailEnable.
