License Key Activation

Am getting the error: "Remote server said: You must provide a permitted use code. [400]"

When i try to activate the license on Zimbra 8.6.0 running Centos 7.

I've confirmed its the same key i received when i purchased online.

Considering that we have already resolved your issue through email support, we will post the resolution for this issue for other customers who may have the same issue.

It is most likely that something during the installation failed to generate the machine ID for your installation.

The command that resolved this issue was as follows:

uuidgen > /etc/magicspam/.shadow
