Re: Spam not moved to spam folder
Hello tmunix,
Thank you for your post.
In oder for your flagged email messages to be delivered to the quarantine folder, please make sure that the following options:
'Rewrite Local Message Subject:'
'Rewrite Remote Message Subject:'
'Deliver to Spam folder:'
in the:
Settings / System -> Option - 'Advanced Options'
tab in the MagicSpam admin-interface panel for Plesk are checked.
Please let us know if these options are checked and the email still does not go to your quarantine and we will investigate further.

Hello tmunix,
Thank you for your reply.
In order to continue with troubleshooting this issue, can you please conform that one or both of the following binaries exist and are executable:
/usr/bin/deliverquota
or
/usr/lib/dovecot/dovecot-lda
Also for the 'flagged' spam messages to be delivered to your customers, 'Spam' folder must exist in their Mailbox.
Please let us know if you have any questions in the meantime.
Thank you for your reply.

I checked the server configuration but "/usr/bin/deliverquota" and "/usr/lib/dovecot/dovecot-lda" not exist.
I found
[root@xxx dovecot]# locate dovecot-lda

/usr/lib64/dovecot/libdovecot-lda.so.0.0.0
