Plesk update to 10.4.4

Upgrade from Plesk 10.3.1 to 10.4.4

The upgrade was no problem following these steps:
(Note: updated through new Plesk update feature)

1) Check that «agent.php» exists:
/usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/enterprise/control/agent.php
If you do not have that file, after updating Plesk you will need to reinstall the psa-api-rpc package by using the Plesk installer.

2) Disable MagicSpam
3) Update Plesk
4) Enable MagicSpam
