When the Magic Spam protection is enabled one of our customers is having issues with the Private Messenger section on their Web Wiz Forum. When they attempt to display a message the page shows a blank screen and not the message to be displayed. Also, the function to send an the messenger message to their e-mail address on file does the same. I have whitelisted IP address 127.0.0.1 but it still appears to be blocked. Do you have any insight into why they are being blocked when the application is enabled?
