So here's the situation. Our server was having email issues. Mail getting stuck in the SMTP outgoing Queue (nothing to do with MagicSpam).
Our Server Technician did the following "We have completed our investigation. We have rebuilt qmail
and it appears to have corrected the issue. We were able to send a test email without any issues and received it."
The next day I started receiving emails from clients:
First client email " The first is we are experiencing a huge increase in spam and just wonder if you could check that the filter is working properly."
Second Client email: "The spam has been extra bad lately. Anything you can do? "
I checked MagicSpam Stats and realized that is stopped working, somehow upon rebuild/reinstalling the servers qmail, MagicSpam was disabled.
MagicSpam support responded with the following solution:
MagicSpam runs with a custom qmail binary. When you activate the module, that binary is put into place. When you deactivate the module, the original binary is copied back into place. With this in mind, you should be able to simply deactivate, then reactive the plugin to put MagicSpam's binary in place.
It worked!!! Within an hour I checked the MS stats and already hundred's of junk emails are being rejected.
Clients are happy again. Thanks.

Re: MagicSpam Stopped working!!!
That is good news Raymond! We're glad that things were resolved.
One thing you may want to consider is upgrading your Plesk to version 9.x. This version includes our required patches natively so we no longer need to replace the SMTP daemon which in turn minimises the possible risk attendant with on the fly fixes such as your team needed to implement.
