Problem with Spam Moved to Folders
I'm having a new problem, most of the SPANS received are now being moved to the SPAM folder correctly, but there is a problem, some spans of some specific accounts are automatically deleted, even if all the rules are in "FLAG" as they can see in the attached LOG name "Image_1.png" and I believe the problem is related to the "Image_2.png" problem because exactly these domains do not display the Magic Spam icon in the Cpanel FrontEnd as can be seen in the " Image_2.png "

Re: Problem with Spam Moved to Folders
Hello Lucas,
Thank you for your post.
Based on your post, we understand that Blocklist(41) - MIPSpace-Poor has been blocking some customer's emails even thought this policy is disabled on the global level in MagicSpam.
Please note that in the MagicSpam PRO version, your customers have the option to enable their own, per-user MagicSpam settings, in which case they might still heave this policy enabled for their accounts.
You can simply update this policy (in FLAG mode as well) on the per-user level from your MagicSpam admin interface panel.
To do so, please access:
Anti-Spam / User Settings
tab in your MagicSpam admin-interface panel and disable (or enable in the "FLAG" mode) MIPSpace-Poor BMS list and 'Sync' to update this information for all your customers.
Once this BMS list is disabled on the per-user level, messages should be successfully passed to your customer's Inbox in the future.
We hope this information helps.

Re: Problem with Spam Moved to Folders
Previous Guidance solved part of the problem! Just give Sync.
Now, the problem is that countries blocked are not being moved
to the SPAM folder, they are discarded.

Re: Problem with Spam Moved to Folders
Hello Lucas,
Thank you for your post.
From your email we understand that email from countries listed in the country blacklist are not being sent to the spam folder.
As Country Black lists belong to the blacklist (Exemptions) category and not policies, messages on the blacklists will be rejected right away (unless the sender is whitelisted).
For this reason, please blacklist only countries that you are not expecting any valid emails, otherwise, please use more specific ways to blacklist messages from certain senders.
If you are receiving an increase number of the uncaught spam in your system, please let us know and we might be able to provide suggestions on how to improve on your spam filtering.
We hope this information helps.
