Blocked Mail adress always send Spam mail

Hello Together,

i am using Magicspam Licence Product on my Plesk Server.
I have insert the Mail Adresses from the Spam Mails into the blocklist in Magicspam Setting.
But Sometimes the same Mail adress which i have also blocked send me a Spam mail again.

From what you have described, it is very likely that the spam message is using a different MAIL FROM: address.

Please use the Log Search function and email us (support@magicspam.com) the log search results for the spam message you are referring to (or any uncaught spam messages), and we would examine the logs and provide with you suggestions.
