is there a List of the MagicSpam Reject codes - reasons - resolutions?
Re: is there a List of Reject codes - reasons - resolutions?
Hello,
We don't currently have something list this, but we could see how it could be useful and will work towards putting up something in our FAQ section.
Just so you know though, every MagicSpam rejection will provide a verbose rejection notice (customizable) that should tell the sender exactly why their message was blocked*. The rejection messages will also provide a link to a page that will explain in greater detail the issue and what they can do to address it. All these links can be found here, if you are curious - http://www.linuxmagic.com/best_practices/
Also in your interface, you can click the small "?" icon beside each rule to find out more about what the rule is doing.
We hope this gives you enough information to get you started, but please let us know if you have any more questions or a specific example. Thanks!

* Be aware that some email servers will truncate this message and the sender will need to talk to their email administrator so that they can view the full message in their logs. This is fine though because their email administrator likely has an issue to address.
