New Package version 2.0-3.1 for WHM Professional now ready

This package addresses an issue that was noted with the log rotation no longer functioning after the more recent release of MagicSpam.

The issue itself was related to a set of updates made to change the automated spam definition update periods to be randomized, which in turn caused a disassociative break in logic for when the log rotation should take place.

We apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused.
