magicspam not working after reconfiguring of mailenable.

Post by cstech » Mon Jun 03, 2013 10:39 am

I have installed magicspam with mailenable v.7., previously it was working fine, and generating log, due to some reason we have to reconfigure mailenable, from that time magicspam stop working and lot of spam is delivering to mail boxes and log is not generating by magicspam.
What else could be wrong, please provide me solution along with proper settings have to be done in mailenable.
Should I use spam settings, filters of mailenable with magicspam?

Hello cstech,

Have you recently updated to MailEnable v7? If you have, you will need to fully uninstall MagicSpam and then reinstall it.

Also, please check that spam protection is enabled in the MagicSpam dashboard interface.

Please email support@magicspam.com if you are still having problems.

Monthly stats are not working after latest upgrade

Post by cstech » Mon Jul 01, 2013 7:55 am

We have upgraded the MagicSpam to 1.0.6-1, (installed on existing installation) the monthly stats are not working properly, by selecting month February its automatically goes to January and stats appearing for January only and not for February.

Previously we use "https://XX.XX.XX.XX:6244/logtail.php" to check log without login. This link is not working, please let me know the new link where I can check the log.

Hello,

As you may have noticed, the interfaces shipped with MagicSpam version
1.0.6-1 are brand new.

Attempts to use old links such as logtail.php will no longer work -
please use the links available directly from the management interface
under 'Logs / Stats' - which are tied back to '/' via secure POST data.

Could you please explain further on what you are experiencing with the
statistics not working (sorry your explanation below has left us a bit
confused)? Please outline the steps you are following
- what you are expecting to happen, and what is happening that is
different.

Thank you!
