Cannot remove or install

package magicspamplus-zimbra-2.1-4.1.x86_64 is already installed
[root@newmail ~]# rpm -i '/root/Downloads/magicspamplus-zimbra-2.1-4.1-rhel764-zcs6.x86_64.rpm'
package magicspamplus-zimbra-2.1-4.1.x86_64 is already installed
[root@newmail ~]# rpm -e '/root/Downloads/magicspamplus-zimbra-2.1-4.1-rhel764-zcs6.x86_64.rpm'
error: package /root/Downloads/magicspamplus-zimbra-2.1-4.1-rhel764-zcs6.x86_64.rpm is not installed
[root@newmail ~]#

I am trying to reinstall after some system changes

However, if you are still looking to reinstall MagicSpam, please use following commands:

rpm -e magicspamplus-zimbra
rpm -i /root/Downloads/magicspamplus-zimbra-2.1-4.1-rhel764-zcs6.x86_64.rpm

and when successfully installed. try connecting to: (https://<serverip>:6244)
