Hello, thanks for the answer.
Magicspam is enabled.
I have all logs correctly and statistics.
In the dashboard there are statistics except for those of the last 24 hours.
The system is up to date.

MagicSpam Ver 2.1-3.1
Windows Server 2016 Standard edition 64bit
Mailenable ver 9.78

Hello Rambaldi,

Thank you for your reply.

We have escalated this issue internally and will let you know once we have more information; in the meantime could you please remove MagicSpam counter and mslog files from the:

C:\magicspam\log\

folder and let us know if that resolves the issue?

Thank you Rambaldi.

Hi, no, it does not work.
logs work properly. the counters are all 1 k, in fact, they are the daily charts that do not work as you see from the pictures. I have removed all log and counter files but it is as before.

Hello Rambaldi,

Thank you for your patience, with this issue.

Our development team suspect that this issue is related to the permission issue which should be easily fixed with the following steps; could you please try and reinstall MagicSpam in your system as instructed below:

1. Backup and then delete the entire C:\magicspam\log directory
2. Download a fresh copy of MagicSpam installer from our download page:

https://www.magicspam.com/download

3. Run MagicSpam installer
4. Tests stats page

Please note that all your settings will be preserved after the re-installation.

Please let us know if this resolves the issue or if you have any questions in the meantime.
