spamcop.net blocking even it is disabled

Hello,
I have a strange problem with Magic Spam on PLesk 17.8.11
The module Spamcop.net is deactivated. Anyway, emails are blocked.

Any Ideas for to resolv th issue.

Where i have too loock for log files?

Here are two Pictures where you can see the error and our settings.

Based on the provided information, the email in questions does not appear to be blocked by MagicSpam - to confirm this, please check MagicSpam logs for the sending IP address: 194.25.134.22.

In addition, we would check further to make sure that no RBL lists are enabled in the Plesk mail settings section.

Thank you for your adivise. The RBL list in Plesk was enabled with the entry bl.spamcop.net.
