Urgent: is anyone alive?

I moved servers this weekend. And ever since I have been trying to get a new license and/or update our current one, whatever is needed.
I still havent heard from magicspam staff. Are they all on holiday?

You are correct, our office was closed for the national holiday, and have just reopened for the week.

Please note that our regular operating hours are:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

Many thanks for your feedback; I never received your reply.. I just re-emailed support and provided an alternative email address.
