Hello Peter,
Thank you for your post and the log information.
From the logs, it is a verbose output caused by an incoming connection through IPv6.
In newer version of MagicSpam, this condition has been addressed.
If you could let us know what version of MagicSpam or MagicSpam Pro you are running, we would be happy to provide you with instructions on upgrading.
Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Hello Peter,
Thank you for your post.
As it seems that you are already running the latest version of MagicSpam, can you please let us know if you are using Postfix or Qmail, as well as if there any other log lines in:
* /var/log/maillog
that correspond with the reported error messages that might shed light on what the email was?
Thank you Peter,

Hello Peter,
Thank you for your post.
Could you please post the result of:
postconf milter_connect_macros
And, if the result is *NOT*
j {daemon_name} {client_connections} {client_addr} {client_ptr} v
then run:
postconf -e "milter_connect_macros=j {daemon_name} {client_connections} {client_addr} {client_ptr} v"
Can you please let us know if this resolves the issue, otherwise, let us know and we will further investigate this issue.
Thank you,
