Why is my spam increasing?

When we hear this, the first thing we think of is whether or not your BMS reputation files are updating. You can check this by looking at the actual files in your file system:

ls -l /var/cache/bms/

You should look for recent timestamps and proper ownership of psaadm:psaadm. You can correct ownership by using the following:

chown -R psaadm:psaadm /var/cache/bms/
