Ive tried enabling this but it seems to catch all of false positives. why is that?

Thank you for your question. This rule, like many of the rules employed in MagicSpam, is about leveraging mail server best practices to stop spam. In cases like this, it is likely that the legitimate sender is not following best practices and they should work to correct this.
