Stops working after 30 mins?

I installed MagicSpam Pro on my cpanel server and it works great, however, it stops working after about 30mins. I reboot the server and it starts working again, only to stop again around 30mins.

Any ideas what is going on?

We will need to troubleshoot this further; we suspect that this is caused by a third-party process that will kill other processes after an X amount of time. It is an issue that comes up from time to time. We have sent you an email to further discuss this problem, and we are hoping to resolve it.
