Magic Spam not in WHM Plugins after installation

Hi, Just purchased MagicSpam PRO WHM/cPanel.

Install using rpm -ivh /Path/magicspampro-cpanel-2.1-11.2-rhel664-cpnl11.x86_64.rpm and was successful.

But there is no MagicSpam in WHM Plugins as mentioned in the installation guide.

Thus unable to proceed to enter the Serial Number.

Try restarting the VPS and still the same. No sign of Magicspam anywhere in WHM.

Try reinstalling the rpm. It indicated MagicSpam already installed.

Can anyone advise?
