Dashboard isn't updating graph

Statistics graph is not updating for the individual accounts. Please see attached.
Version 2.1-8.3
Today is January 22

It is most likely that this issue is related to the permissions on the customers MagicSpam logs folder; could you please send us the output of the following command for one of the customers who reported this issue:

ls -laR /home/<username>/magicspam
