My clients note that spam has increased over the last week.
I went to the WHM plugin area and opened MagicSpam to review the settings, and lo, the "First Run Wizard" appeared asking for my serial numbers. (Neat trick, just double click on each field and it will prompt the correct entry, press enter after the last field is filled and press enter, then press the NEXT button.)
A light green advisory notice at the top of the subsequent page says, "License Updated".
I clicked on Server Policies. I get the "First Run Wizard" again.
Can I get some help here? I think a lot of spam is coming through that would otherwise be blocked. Please contact me at once. All the best and thanks for your support!

Re: MagicSpam is trying to re-install
Hello dciwebworks
This appears to be a connectivity problem with your MagicSpam server
not been able to verify the license key, the server needs to connect to
TCP destination on port 443, please check on your firewall settings.
Please let us know if this helps, or if you have any more questions.
