Hi,
What the best advice for blocking unwanted domain like this example "@sungroup.com.vn" as we currently getting a lot of spam getting past Spam Magic and Greylisting.
Many thanks

Re: Blocking unwanted domains
I would like to know as well.
I hate that wildcards are not supported.
im getting stupid @qq.com emails and there sending from multiple servers. Ive blocked about 15 of them already.
they keep coming. I even blocked at IP level through mail enable and they still come.
Come on Magic spam make a wild card entry option to BLOCK anything from a domain permanently.
this would solve so many issues. unless there is a way that i am not aware of.
Ide love to be able to block *@qq.com FOREVER
Thanks
G

Re: Blocking unwanted domains
Hello dmsservices,
Thank you for your post.
In MagicSpam (standard) version for MailEnable, only full email addresses are allowed to the Blacklist/Whitelist:
e.g:
user@domain.tld
or
user@subdomain.domain.tld
The option to blacklist a domain, including subdomains, or entire top level domains is at the moment only available in MagicSpam PLUS version for MailEnable.
We hope this clarify our response.
Feel free to let us know if you have any further questions.
