Where save the spam file?
If I need to physically check a email marked as SPAM, where I can locate it?
Spam File
Re: Spam File
Hello sanref,
Thank you for the post.
We understand that you would like to check the spam messages that are detected by MagicSpam.
By default, MagicSpam (free and standard version) rejects all detected spam messages; therefore, there is no function to browse and analyze detected spam messages in.
The new, FLAG feature has been implemented in the MagicSpam PRO version, which is at the moment only available for WHM/cPanel and Plesk. The 'FLAG' option will mark the spam messages and send them to your spam folder in your Mailbox.
This feature allows spam to be flagged, depending on your MagicSpam settings, and then sent to your spam folder where you can review it or add exceptions; analyze it and whitelist as needed.
Thank you for supporting MagicSpam!
