Hello,
After, enabling Anti Spam Protection in magicspam we have noticed many client users are not able to send mail using mail client or sometimes mail sending is very slow. Once we disable the anti-spam protection then outgoing mails from client users mail client works. Client is using outlook mail client and their domain is setup on Mailenable enterprise with magicspam.
Please help to resolve the issue. We have tried entering Sender IP in Sender IP White List but still issue remains. Eventually we have to disable anti spam protection for magicspam.
Let us know how to resolve the issue at the earliest.
Cheers!
Hasdeep
Enabling Anti Spam Protection is blocking IP address of clients to send mail from mail client.

Hello iknoortech,
Thank you for your post.
To better assist you with this issue, could you please provide us few MagicSpam logs for outbound email transactions that have been blocked by MagicSpam?
To retrieve MagicSpam logs, you can use the MagicSpam interface and access the "Logs" tab. If you do not wish to post your logs on the public forum, please feel free to send it to our support team email address: support@magicspam.com.
In addition, could you please confirm that your customers are using authentication for sending emails as well as if you could confirm that your DNS is successfully resolving domain information of the sending email addresses?
Lastly, could you please send us screenshots of the following two tabs in your MagicSpam:
* Anti-Spam / Spam Policies
* Anti-Spam / IP Reputation
Thank you,
