MagicSpam 1.0.6-1.3 for MailEnable and Plesk

There were a couple of reports during our last release 1.0.6-1 related to issues with MailEnable on Windows integration, as well as Parallels Plesk Panel integration and native Plesk License interaction.

Release 1.0.6-1.3 resolves the reported issues, and also includes an update to the log search results to once again use a separate pop up window for the results listing to make viewing search results easier.
