Hi, I just purchase a new license from magicspam shop (and NOT from plesk shop..

)
Now when I try to insert the license key I receive error :
Remote server said: Error: MagicSpam Register/Update request, with invalid license key [400]
What Have I do?

Hello Massimo,
From your email we understand that you are having issue installing MagicSpam in your system.
The easiest way to install MagicSpam for Plesk in your system would be to install the free version of MagicSpam from Plesk Extensions Management section, and then once installed, simply apply the purchased MagicSpam license key in the MagicSpam Settings/System tab to activate it.
Could you pleas let us know if this resolves the issue or if you have any further questions.

Hi, I remove and reinstall Magic Spam from Plesk estension
And the free edition 2.0.16 works perfect.
When I try to insert the license key I receive always the error:

Thank you for your post.
Could you please let us know if you have purchased MagicSpam for Plesk Standard or PRO license?
If you have purchased MagicSpam PRO, please download the latest installation package from our download site:
https://www.magicspam.com/download/
using your MagicSpam license and then install it via Plesk Extension Manager by clicking on "Add Extension" and uploading the downloaded package.
In case that you have standard version, please let us know and we will further investigate this issue.

In order to better assist you, could you please send us the screenshot of the error message and corresponding MagicSpam Settings tab, as well as following information:
- Operating System and Version
- Operating System Architecture (32 bit or 64 bit)
- Plesk Version
- MTA (Qmail, Postfix, Exim)

Hello Massimo,
Thank you for providing us the requested information.
Can you please check and confirm that you have your public IP address in the:
/etc/magicspam/.shadow
file for your corresponding network device? If not, please enter the following command, try entering the license again and let us know if that resolves the issue:
echo "eth0:xx.xx.xx.xx" > /etc/magicspam/.shadow
Where xx.xx.xx.xx is the public IPv4 address of the server

Hi, the file /etc/magicspam/.shadow is not exist!
I make it with you information and insert into my public ip address
But nothing done
The error is always the same :

Thank you for the update and your patience with this issue.
Our team has enabled debugging option in our license servers; could you please try entering the license in the license field once more and send the new error message to our support team at:
support@magicspam.com
With this information we might have a better idea of what the issue is.
