1. Customer logs into Plesk Control Panel
2. Customer clicks on MagicSpam Icon
3. Customer sets Status to ON
4. Customer Clicks Save
5. Green notification "Saved" with green tick
6. Page refreshes
7. Status remains on OFF
I have seen that this issue was posted last year in 2015 however the post seems to end without there being a resolution.
Please can we resolve this issue as soon as possible as I cannot provide customers access to software which is not working as it creates many support requests to resolve the issue.
