constantcontact whitelisting?

Post by sethexis » Wed Jul 01, 2009 9:28 am

Hi. Several of our employees subscribe to legitimate mailing lists that are delivered via constantcontact.com
constantcontact seems to deploy the mailings via numerous IP addresses and from addresses. is there any way to whitelist something like that? I know that the wildcard functionality that is on its way would be helpful with this situation, but since constantcontact is a pretty important website/service, i was wondering if there were any existing work-arounds. Thanks.

MagicSpam does utilize the IP whitelist feature which can help with this kind of issue. As you mention, though, Constant Contact does have a variety of different IP addresses which they send from. You may want to contact them to see what the best IP address(es) and/or FROM address would be to whitelist for the specific lists which you are having trouble receiving from. They might be able to provide some suggestions.

Also, our developers have completed the wildcard whitelisting feature for our next release. Keep your eyes open for our next release!
