Re: Magic Spam Not working
Hello Don,
Would you please be able to provide us more information in regards to your installation.
Any log files would be appreciated, as well as platform specific information:
What Operating System are you running?
Which version of MagicSpam are you using and for which Platform, Plesk, CPanel, Mailenable etc..
Let us know and we can begin our investigation,
Thanks for your inquiry!

Re: Magic Spam Not working
Hi, I am running Plesk 9.5 for Linux. Centos 5 64 bit. And the latest version of Magic Spam for Plesk v1.0.5-3. I am not sure what log files you would be interested in but all the log files in the Magicspam log directory are empty. Thanks!

Re: Magic Spam Not working
Hello Don,
First and foremost I wanted to apologize in the delay on getting a hold of
you. I wanted to thank you for the message, and I apologize for the lack of
attention you have received for your matter.
The last post you placed you had stated:
"Hi, I am running Plesk 9.5 for Linux. Centos 5 64 bit. And the latest version

Would you please be able to tell me if you are using Postfix or Qmail, we need
to grab this information so we can better assist you. Also, the log files I
would be interested in would be the mail logs in your /var/log directory, for
example: mail.info, mail.err. If you would be able to post the contents of
some of those logs, and if there is any MagicSpam related email messages in
particular you know of that would be very helpful.
I would suggest also taking a screenshot of your Plesk Interface, the main page for
MagicSpam Modules, this way we can see if there are any visible warnings as
well. So if that would be attached to a response, I'd greatly appreciate
that.
Please address those few questions and get back to me with the results, again
forgive the lateness of my reply.
Have a Great Day,

Re: Magic Spam Not working
Hello Don,
I apologize again for my delay in response.
I would recommend attaching a screenshot by posting it on a website such as http://www.imageshack.us and linking the URL here.
Next step would involve having you post the contents of the following file:
/var/qmail/control/smtp_plugins
If you would please be able to send us an e-mail as support@magicspam.com so we can expedite this process and address this faster. It would be appreciated.
Have a nice day!
