Hello paoloilling,

Thank you for your post.

To change the HELO of your Postfix mail server, you will need to modify the myhostname value in the Postfix's main.cf file.

Regarding the bounce message, there looks to be some confusion in how it was delivered. Would you be able to forward us the orignial bounce message as an attachment to support@magicspam.com for further examination?
