Hi there,
Since upgrading to the latest version (the last go around that had two updates), I'm encountering frequent situations where an end-user is missing email and there's no trace of it in the log. That was previously very unusual. If email was missing, it showed up as a blocked spam message.
I was wondering if 1) there would be any scenario where your software would block email and not log it (perhaps a bug with the new features) and 2) if anyone else was encountering this issue.
Thanks for your help.

Emails Missing from Log
Re: Emails Missing from Log
Hello theywill.
Thank you for your post.
All emails that are rejected by MagicSpam (per policied enabled) would get recorded in the system logs.
If you are not seeing them in the logs, it usually indicates that connections from the remote mail servers did not reach your SMTP service. You might want to check your system's firewalls and other system level protections that may be preventing remote mail server from connecting to your server.
Please let us know if you have any further questions.
