MagicSpam in pleak 10.4.4 not working

Dear Support,

I have installed magicspam on our Centos server with plesk, courier-imap and qmail

For days am still seeing in dashboard:

Statistics for Today
Here are some basic statistics from your MagicSpam installation for today
Total number of RCPTs received 0
Number of RCPTs rejected as spam 0
Number of RCPTs exempt from spam checks 0

Also no spam is being blocked

Magicspam status is enabled with proper license key.

I have also attempted the tips mentions in other posts in this forum like reinstalling but it still does not help

Please help in resolving this issue
