MagicSpam blocks my mails with the info "Server IP blacklist

Hello,

we use a hosted MS Exchange Account by 1&1.
Since the Exchange Server was updated to Version 2013 we have a big problem to send our mails.
The mails come back with the info: Server IP blacklisted.Rejected by MagicSpam 1.0.5-3.2

How can help me in this case.

Hello Alex,

Thank you for your post and our apologies for the delayed reply, we had a major cleanup recently and your post must have become list in the turmoil.

In this case, it appears as though your server's IP address has been manually blacklisted by the operator of the server. You will need to contact the remote postmaster for more information.
