Out of the blue I get 5000 emails last night instead of 500. I find MagicSpam is Disabled and a message saying "Your licence key is currently empty". I try to re-install but I get: "PleskFatalException: Unable to connect to database...etc...Too many connections". Nobody has touch...

Sorry, I just don't get it. I started with all settings on, then I changed to Default. Why am I still receiving the most obvious of Spam emails where the subject line has the usual sexual references, casinos, pharmacy pills etc. I can't find any settings with MagicSpam to either upload profanity lis...

Can anyone point me in the direction of low-tech suggestions for MagicSpam settings and any other hints and tips for ongoing management? Also, should I be using some anti-virus alongside MagicSpam? If so, any compatible products recommended? TIA

Thanks. If you mean simply clicking on Disable/Enable Protection tab on the Dashboard, I've done this with no results. Still showing Enabled, but with nothing being blocked. Our 350 customer emails a day are currently 1500!
