Inbound Rate Limiter Not Triggered
Hi, My system settings 2.0.18-1 (Plesk Version 17.8.11) are as follows: Inbound Message Limit: 75 Inbound Counting Period: 5 Inbound Expiry Time: 180 I just experienced an instance where a large volume (~ 15,000) of email sent from a single email address, using several eBay servers, to a single addr...

Re: Updates Not Occurring
Hi, Yes it is licensed and altering magicspam-update to include the missing line has started the updates occurring. My concern at this point is that removing the package and adding it back in, either via Plesk or the command line, does not update the file. I am using magicspam-plesk-2.0.2-1-rhel5-qm...

Re: Updates Not Occurring
Hi, The daemon is running and the other MagicSpam jobs (e.g., rotate the logs) are occurring. The update has not occurred in over 24 hours and when I view magicspam-update in /etc/cron.d I see the log rotation, but there is no mention of the BMS updates. I am not certain that this is where I would f...

Updates Not Occurring
Hi, When I check /var/cache/bms, I see that the files in the folder are not being updated. If I remove then add MagicSpam module via the Plesk interface, the files are updated, but not again after that action. The ownership of the files is to the group and owner psaadm with read/write authority. The...

Re: valid_from_domain Triggered By softdnserror
Hi, Per the reply to the post http://forums.wizard.ca/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=70208, "MagicSpam will not block messages due to a softdnserror because of their potential to be legitimate. In other words we do not penalize senders because of a problem that could potentially be on the recipient's...

valid_from_domain Triggered By softdnserror
Hi,
I had a situation where reverse look-ups were impaired for about an hour which resulted in mail being incorrectly tagged as spam (Version: 1.0.8-1.3).
PS It would be a nice enhancement if the log searches were case insensitive.

Re: Statistics For Month Missing
Hi,
I wanted to let you know that the same behaviour occurred this year.
The statistics were present and being updated for both April and May. On the 22nd of April and 4th of May, the previous days statistics are removed and then each month continues on just fine.
