Lots of SPAM from own email accounts.

Hi,

When i check our MagicSpam logs i see lots of blocked spam similar to the below.

Sender Recipient
info@domain.com info@domain.com

Just wondering why this might be happening - any guidance to resolve this will be greatly appreciated, if possible.
